Our Master Farmer is very well-known in the industry as he frequently consults on some of the largest operations (indoor and outdoor) from Washington State to the Mexican border, and all points in between. He has designed and built-out many facilities such as a 1200 light setup in Los Angeles, and he already has branding/distribution of his strains in place. In fact, he has over 700 strains in his arsenal; meaning we won’t get bogged down with any price wars which may be on the horizon. We specialize in highly-desirable boutique strains, which command a much higher price than any common strains available.

Q How many and what type of facilities do you see opening?

In the next 3 years, we will open 4 indoor grows, at a cost of approximately $6M each, 2 dispensaries at a cost of $8M each, and 1 outdoor auto-grow of approximately 80 acres (for extracts, etc.).

Q What makes your Master Farmer so special?

He is a 2nd generation farmer with over 20 years experience as both a grower and industry consultant. He's the guy who gets the call if a facility is under-performing; a "fixer" if you will. He is also a licensed electrician in CA, meaning he can walk into a potential building and immediately know the best layout for manufacturing, but also what type of power upgrades will be needed. His specialty is taking a space and designing it for maximum revenue. His 75 light operations will outperform others who have 100+ lights. He's THAT good!

Q How will you protect my investment?

1. Any property we go into gets a build-out, as currently there are almost no cannabis-ready locations. The build-out increases the value of the building/property
2. To ensure our investors get their guaranteed rate, management will take less if necessary from a particular grow.
3. In the event of a catastrophe of some sort, we have other grows we can source from to ensure the investor(s) get the minimum returns promised.
